Roofer
Responsibilities:
Remove and install shingles in a responsible and safe manner. Maintain cleanliness on the work sites and perform any other related tasks connected to the job.
Desired Qualities and Skills:
Construction et Toiture Teknic Art is seeking roofers or carpenters with experience in shingle installation and a valid driver's license.
The candidate should be organized, responsible, hardworking, punctual, detail-oriented, positive, and have the ability to work well in a team.
We are looking for resourceful individuals who demonstrate initiative. At Construction et Toiture Teknic Art, the safety of our employees is paramount. Therefore, we seek roofers who strictly adhere to safety instructions at all times.
Only roofers with several years of experience will be considered. Possession of CCQ competency cards is an asset.
Roofing assistants / laborers
Responsibilities:
The laborer is the basic worker on any construction site. Without any specific qualifications, the laborer works with their hands and performs simple tasks.
The laborer assists more specialized workers in their tasks and can gain experience to become a roofer and advance within the company if desired.

Foreman
Responsibilities:

The foreman leads by example through their actions and attitude. They ensure the site's safety at all times and that it's immaculate at the end of the work.

Construction et Toiture Teknic Art is seeking roofers or carpenters with experience in shingle installation and a valid driver's license for this role. To embody our company's values, the foreman must be honest, organized, responsible, and punctual.
They communicate effectively and foster harmonious work relationships. They can manage and anticipate problems that may arise on the sites.
